Ed Prentice

Ed Prentice, Founder and President, brings twenty years of relevant marketing experience to TeleVoce. He holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois, Chicago and an MS in Engineering from the Design Division at Stanford University. His background follows the growth of the dial-up modem to voice on the Internet. He served in a variety of product management roles, from Racal-Vadic in the 80's to chipmaker Cirrus Logic in the 90's. His forward-looking business experience is the foundation for the unique TeleVoce product concept and business model.

Amrish Patel

Amrish Patel was recently a Vice President at Conexant. Starting as a design engineer Amrish held various engineering, program management, marketing and leadership positions with Omnitel, Creative Labs, Cirrus Logic and Globespan. As Director of Marketing at Globespan he focused on product line direction to expand market share. As the Vice President of Business and Product Planning he championed the growth of the business within the DSL vertical, and later as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development he led diversification from pure-play DSL to leadership in Broadband Communications ICs. After merging with Conexant in 2003, he became the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Digital Home and Media Server Business Unit.

Ron Bingham

Board member Ron Bingham brings 25 years of engineering and marketing management as vice president and engineering manager of companies such as Systems Industries, Culler Scientific, Plexus Software and Digital Equipment Corporation. He has been responsible for the development of over $1 billion in innovative commercial computer hardware and software products.

Kim Maxwell

Kim Maxwell is a pioneer and successful entrepreneur in the communications industry. As a founder and president of Racal-Vadic he led many innovations, such as the first 1200 bps modem and the first command-controlled modem. He also founded Amati Communications, one of the original developers of DSL technology, later sold to Texas Instruments. He was the founding Chairman of the ADSL Forum and has served on various boards of technology companies in Silicon Valley. He is the author of Residential Broadband, An Insider's Guide to the Battle for the Last Mile. Currently Kim is completing a PhD at Stanford University.
