SAN JOSE, Calif. - 3 January 2006

TeleVoce(tm) Inc., an Internet telephony command and control technology provider, today announced that the first TeleVoce-Connected(tm) personalizable consumer VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) devices will be unveiled at five booths at the industry-leading Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, NV, from 5-8 January 2006. Global manufacturing partners, AUVI Technologies (South Hall 4/35652), Northwestern Bell/Unical Enterprises Inc. (Central Hall/8253), Multi-Link Inc. (Sands/71837EE) and Rota America Inc. (Sands/70322), along with TeleVoce (Sands/71837P), will be demonstrating a new class of award-winning software-upgradeable VoIP adapters and cordless phones that offer more choice and control to users of Internet telephony services. Auvi's TeleVoce-Connected PHIP100 VoIP-enabled cordless speakerphone with webcam has been honored with a coveted 2006 CES Innovations award. The TeleVoce-Connected VoIP Technology Platform has been recognized by Internet Telephony magazine as a 2005 "Product of the Year."

TeleVoce provides desktop command and control technology to empower consumers and small office/home office (SOHO) users of Internet telephony. The TeleVoce-Connected VoIP technology platform provides a patented hardware interface to a personal computer (PC) along with a proprietary software program that is designed to allow personalized control of one's VoIP service provider such as Skype, Google, MSN, Yahoo, AOL or SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) vendors.

Ed Prentice, president and CEO of TeleVoce said, "TeleVoce's technology is a catalyst for the inevitable shift of telephony control from the telco central office to consumers. Like the revolution from centralized to distributed computing, we add the missing link that bridges the PC and Internet telephony worlds. This unique multi-provider and multimodal approach allows consumers to truly benefit from the PC-based VoIP revolution. TeleVoce is all about bringing freedom to home and SOHO users of Internet telephony, as well as offering our manufacturing partners value-added VoIP capability in a volatile yet exploding market."

TeleVoce-Connected technology uniquely enables:

TeleVoce licenses its TeleVoce-Connected VoIP technology platform to consumer VoIP global manufacturing partners with established retail channels and distribution, as well as to independent software application developers (ISVs).
